One of the best things about working for Hunt A Killer is watching our members do creative things with our products because it gives us a peek into how and why people play our games.
Earlier this week, our CEO Ryan Hogan shared a photo that was posted by a Hunt A Killer Member in our official Facebook group. The picture shows a group of nurses who are currently working on the front lines of the COVID-19 outbreak sitting at a table playing Class of ‘98 on their break. Hogan commented via our company Slack channel, “Scrolling through our Facebook group during a break and I stumbled on this post. It gave me an immense sense of pride and purpose, and I wanted to share it here.”
This seems like as good an opportunity as any to let you know that your feedback and photos are a constant source of inspiration to us! So thank you, from all of us here at Hunt A Killer.

Member Kaylea Fivecoats reached out to our customer service team who helped insert a few special clues into an episode to surprise her family with a pregnancy announcement. The box included an article about a pregnant character with references to other episodes in the story, a sonogram photo, and even invisible ink! Thanks for including us in your story.

This high school English teacher created a Murder Board using Awakening and Transformation to teach her Crime Writing class. We’d say that this is immersive learning at it’s finest—and also can we take your class? We’ve seen a few educational applications, and love to know our games can even be used for teaching forensic courses!

It’s not all murder and horror here at Hunt A Killer. This couple invited us to be part of their love story with their proposal. This woman’s now-fiancé cleverly planted an engagement ring amongst the supporting evidence while playing an episode of Moon Summit. That’s what I call date night!

Who can forget when Baking a Murderer whipped up the Strawberry Cloud Chocolate Cake from Baker’s Dozen? Those recipes are all real, by the way, and they taste great. If only we could make our cakes look like this one! Seeing members take our stories and make them real by dressing up as detectives or baking murder cookies is next-level.
