“Hold my drink, Watson I think I just solved the case.” This is what I imagine every detective saying as they put the missing puzzle pieces together and crack the case à la Dr. Spencer Reid in Criminal Minds. 

We realized that every good investigator needs a signature drink to help get the juices flowing. Sometimes it takes a little imagination to solve a tough case, and what better way to ponder clues than to sip on a “Blood Spatter Analysis” cocktail (yup, that’s the name of the drink—just a cooler/similar take on a Gimlet!)

We teamed up with Seattle-based bartender, Conner Donovan to come up with these cocktail recipes so you could try them and decide what your “signature” detective drink will be.
